Caveman Grub is run by Jac Keady, from Inverin, Connemara. She produces a delicious range of Paleo foods - Bread, Brownies and Bars, with 100% natural ingredients. Her range is free from Gluten, Grains, Dairy and refined sugar.

Orla was a pleasure to work with. From our first meeting I was confident she understood the brand and what we wanted to achieve.
